Crystal Point Pendant
Join Yoko for a nurturing, hands-on workshop where creativity, mindfulness, and personal expression come together. In this relaxed and supportive session, participants will create a crystal point pendant using simple micro macramé techniques. No prior experience is needed—this workshop is suitable for all skill levels and offers a welcoming space to slow down, connect, and create something meaningful by hand.
This workshop focuses on working with crystal points, which are traditionally believed to be among the most purified and powerful crystal forms. Crystal points are often associated with clarity, intention, and direction, making them especially meaningful for personal reflection and intention-setting. Participants will be invited to choose a crystal point guided by its story and traditional qualities—such as calm, grounding, protection, strength, or self-love. Yoko will gently share the background of each stone to support participants in selecting one that resonates with them. You are also very welcome to bring your own crystal point if you have a special piece you would like to transform into a pendant.
Micro macramé is a delicate form of an ancient knotting art with roots in Arabic and Turkish cultures. Using fine waxed cords and detailed knotting techniques, it allows for the creation of lightweight, intricate jewellery. While the techniques may take a little patience to become familiar with, many people find that once they settle into the rhythm of knotting, the process becomes calming and meditative—encouraging a natural flow state and a sense of relaxation.
